Santa Cruz County Shops’ Mystery Shopper service is designed for local retailers and food service businesses.  Your business is your life, but you can’t be there every second and may not be able to efficiently judge the quality of your service.

Beginning with a fact finding interview, we will provide you with two site visits and a comprehensive report on the findings, with impartial evaluations of the general appearance of your business, employees, attitude, quality and perceived value.

If your business maintains an internet presence, we will review and assess your site and search engine ranking and include this information in your report.

The fee for this complete service is $150.00, all inclusive.
